Refund Policy:

Once accepted to the combine a $50.00 administration fee will be deducted and is non-refundable. While we realize emergencies do happen - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the event.

We reserve the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis.
